Yup, if you're buying anything on the PlayStation Store, you'll need to put in a billing address. Can't get around it!

Yes, a billing address is required for any purchases or subscriptions on PSN. It's standard procedure.

Nope! You only need it if you're making purchases. If you're just using free features, you won't need to put one in.

Speaking from experience, you need a billing address when setting up any payment method on the PlayStation Store. Helps with fraud prevention and all!
