Nope, you don't need Xbox Game Pass to dive into Apex Legends. It's a free-to-play game, so just download it from the store and you're good to go! You can save that Game Pass subscription for something else.

Nah, Game Pass isn't necessary. But, if you're looking to get more out of Apex, remember that being free means it's funded by microtransactions. So, maybe use what you'd spend on Game Pass for some cool in-game items instead.

No Xbox Game Pass required here! Apex Legends is free-to-play, which means all you need is the console and an internet connection. Plus, with what you save, you might consider grabbing some Apex Coins for those sweet, sweet skins.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
