I鈥檝e been playing Forza Horizon 4 for years. To fully enjoy the online community and multiplayer events, Xbox Live Gold is essential. But for offline play, you鈥檙e covered without it.

You don't need Xbox Live to play Forza Horizon 4 if you just want to cruise around and do single-player stuff. But if you want to hit those online races and share the roads with friends, then yep, you'll need Xbox Live Gold!
