Nope! Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold are separate subscriptions. You can enjoy Game Pass without needing Xbox Live.

As a Game Pass subscriber myself, I can confirm you can access Game Pass without Xbox Live Gold. But, for online multiplayer, Xbox Live Gold is a must.

You don't need Xbox Live Gold to use Xbox Game Pass, but if you want to play multiplayer games online, you'll need Xbox Live Gold.
