From personal experience, I can tell you that if you really like a game on Game Pass, it's better to buy it so you can keep it forever.
Nope! With Xbox Game Pass, you're basically renting the games. If you cancel your subscription, you lose access to them.
You don't own the games on Xbox Game Pass; you're just borrowing them for as long as you're subscribed.
