Sometimes. It really depends on the store and if they've decided to stock 'em. My local 7-11 has them off and on. Best bet is to call ahead or just pop in and see.

It's hit or miss though, depending on how often they restock and the location. So, if you're on a late-night snack run, you might just snag some cool Pokemon TCG packs too!
Honestly, it's a no from me, dawg. Sure, some 7-Elevens might have 'em, but for real collectors, you're better off looking elsewhere. Selection's gonna be limited and overpriced.
