Oh, absolutely! In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, when you start your adventure, one of the first things you do is name your island. Once you've decided on a name, it sticks, but the game itself doesn't automatically add 'Island' to the name you choose. So, if you want your island to be officially recognized as 'Paradise Island' or 'Cupcake Island,' you've gotta include 'Island' in the name yourself. Choose wisely!

Nope, the game doesn't add 'Island' by itself. You name it, and that's what it's called, plain and simple. Want it to be an island in the name? Add 'Island'!

Yes and No? It's up to you, really. You name your island whatever you wish. I named mine 'Serenity,' without the 'Island,' and nobody's confused so far!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
