Nope. Apex Legends doesn't run natively on Macs. If you wanna play, you'll need to use Boot Camp to run Windows on your Mac. Not the simplest solution, but it works!

Technically, Apex Legends isn't directly compatible with macOS, as it's not designed for Mac systems. However, don't lose hope just yet! You can still play it on a 2017 Mac by using Windows through Boot Camp. This way, you partition your hard drive to install Windows and then download Apex Legends. Keep in mind, performance might vary based on your Mac's specs, so make sure it meets the game's requirements for a smooth experience.

I've been running Apex Legends on my 2017 MacBook Pro using Boot Camp, and it's been decent! Had to tweak the settings for performance, but overall, a solid way to game. Just make sure you have enough space for a Windows partition and the game itself.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
