Been there, done that. The PlayStation Hits release of Bloodborne only has the main game. 'The Old Hunters' expansion is a separate purchase.

I picked up the PlayStation Hits version of Bloodborne hoping for some extra goodies, but nope, DLC isn't part of the package.
