Nope, it’s just the base game. The DLC has to be purchased individually.

The Bloodborne PlayStation Hits version does not include the DLC. You'd have to buy The Old Hunters separately.

From my experience, Bloodborne PlayStation Hits version doesn't come with the DLC. I bought the DLC later and it was worth it!
