V-Bucks purchased on mobile platforms like Android and iOS only apply to those platforms. You can't transfer them to your computer or other platforms.

Speaking from experience, any V-Bucks I got on my phone didn't show up on my PC. You'll need separate purchases.

Unfortunately, V-Bucks bought on mobile devices don't sync between platforms. You'll need to purchase them again for your PC.
