Nope, you don't need PlayStation Plus to enjoy Death Stranding in its single-player glory. But if you want to experience online features like sharing resources and seeing other players' structures, PS Plus is required.

You can totally play Death Stranding without PS Plus, but some cool online features will be missing.

You only need PlayStation Plus if you want to access the online aspects of Death Stranding. Otherwise, you鈥檙e good with just the game itself.

I played through Death Stranding without PS Plus, and it was amazing. You can still finish the game without needing online features.
