Absolutely! Doom Whisperer and Wildgrowth Walker can work together in a MTG deck. Doom Whisperer's ability to surveil lets you put creatures with explore into your graveyard. If you have a mechanism to bring those creatures back or other ways to trigger explore while Wildgrowth Walker is on the battlefield, then Wildgrowth Walker will get its counters and you'll gain life. However, remember that Doom Whisperer's surveil action itself doesn’t directly trigger Wildgrowth Walker’s ability since surveil isn't the same as exploring.

Nope, doesn't work directly. Doom Whisperer surveils, and Wildgrowth Walker needs actual explore to get its counters and give you life. They can be in the same deck, but they don’t interact the way you might hope without some extra steps or other cards to bridge the gap.
Can confirm they’re good in the same deck! Used them in a Golgari explore deck and while they don’t interact directly, having both can really strengthen your board. Doom Whisperer lets you dig for what you need and setting up Wildgrowth Walker with explore cards.
