Dragon Ball FighterZ Ultimate Edition includes a lot of characters, but not all. You'll get the FighterZ Pass 1, which adds 8 characters, but newer characters from subsequent FighterZ Passes aren't included.

Nope, the Ultimate Edition doesn't come with every single character. You'll still need to buy extra passes for the newer fighters.

Speaking from experience, the Ultimate Edition covers a bunch of fighters, but if you're looking to have every character, you'll need the additional FighterZ Passes. It's definitely a great start though!
