Does 'each' count as targeting in MTG?
DistributingJoke·7 months agoNope, 'each' doesn't count as targeting in Magic The Gathering. When a card says 'each,' it's affecting all applicable things without needing to target them specifically. So, it gets around abilities like hexproof and shroud that would normally protect a card from being targeted.

Actually, 'each' is your best friend against those annoying creatures with hexproof since it doesn't target. AOE (Area of Effect) for the win!
Not a chance. 'Each' affects everything in its scope – no targeting means no choosing.
