Yep, Fallout 76 does encrypt your IP. They've got a secure setup going on so you can play without worrying about someone snooping on your connection. It's all about keeping your gaming and data safe, pretty standard practice for online games these days.

Nah, I don't think it's something to lose sleep over. Most online games, including Fallout 76, have measures in place to protect players. IP encryption is part of the package to keep things secure.

As someone who's been roaming the wastelands of West Virginia in Fallout 76 for a good while, I can tell ya, security's not an issue. They do encrypt your IP to keep your post-apocalyptic adventures safe from data bandits.

Honestly, worrying about IP encryption in Fallout 76 should be the least of your concerns. Just enjoy the game and trust that the devs have covered the security bases.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
