Yep, Fallout 76 does support ultrawide monitors! The game received an update not too long after launch that added support for 21:9 resolutions. So, if you've got a fancy ultrawide monitor, you're all set to roam the wastelands of West Virginia with some extra viewing space.

Ultrawide? Yes, but make sure your setup is properly configured to avoid any pesky UI scaling issues. Most have a seamless experience, though.
