Nope, transferring saves between iOS and Android doesn't work. You gotta stay in the same family of devices.
I moved my vault from my old phone to my new one super easily since both were Android. Just logged into my Bethesda account and boom, continued right where I left off. It's a smooth process as long as you're not trying to cross the streams between Android and iOS.
