Yep! When you enchant a land with Fertile Ground in Magic The Gathering, that land doesn't just produce its normal mana when tapped. It also gives you an extra mana of any color. So, you tap the land and boom, you get the land's original mana plus another one of your choice, making it a total of two mana from a single land. Pretty handy for mana fixing and ramping up your game!

As someone who's got Fertile Ground in multiple decks, can confirm: tap the land it's on, you get your normal land mana PLUS one more of any color you need. It鈥檚 a solid addition to any deck looking to diversify mana sources or speed things up.

Just to clarify, the land itself doesn't exactly give two mana. Fertile Ground allows the enchanted land to produce an additional mana of any color when it's tapped. So, you're getting one mana from the land as usual, plus one extra mana thanks to Fertile Ground. It's a distinction, but it matters for understanding how these effects work together.

Gonna jump in with a hot take: Fertile Ground is decent, but it's not about 'giving two mana.' It's more about flexibility and color fixing. If you're strategic, it鈥檚 a game-changer.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
