Absolutely not! You only need PlayStation Plus for the online multiplayer parts. The main game can be played without it.

Nope, you can enjoy the entire single-player campaign of Final Fantasy XV without PS Plus. However, if you want to play the multiplayer expansion, Comrades, you'll need a subscription.
