Nope, fighting doesn't use First Strike. In MTG, 'fighting' means two creatures deal damage to each other simultaneously, regardless of abilities like First Strike that affect combat damage.

Absolutely not. First Strike only works during the combat phase, not for fighting abilities. So, you can't sneak in that First Strike advantage when creatures fight outside of combat.
