Nope, Frontier format doesn't rotate out. It's like Pioneer or Modern, where once a card enters the format, it's there to stay. So, you can hold onto those cards without worrying they'll become unplayable in Frontier next season.
Absolutely not! Frontier's a static format, friend. Built my deck back when it first started and still play it today without any changes needed for rotation. It's great for players who don't like the constant change of Standard.
