Mostly! Many of the key voice actors like Vic Mignogna (Edward) and Aaron Dismuke (Alphonse, in the original) returned for Brotherhood, but there are some differences. For example, Alphonse was voiced by Maxey Whitehead in Brotherhood.

Nope. Al gets a different voice actor in Brotherhood, for example.
Having watched both series, I can confirm that while most of the main characters have the same voice actors, there are definitely some changes.
