Actually, no, Funimation's been phased out. Toei Animation directly oversees the One Piece dub now. It was a big change, but they’ve kept the quality up.
Of course, Funimation's still on the One Piece dub train! They've been with Luffy from almost the start, translating his 'Gomu Gomu no' into English for all of us. Can't imagine watching it in any other way.
