Nope, Game Pass for Console doesn't include Xbox Live Gold. But you can get both with Game Pass Ultimate!

Speaking from experience, I originally got just Game Pass for Console and had to add Xbox Live separately. Switched to Ultimate for the bundle!

Game Pass Console = games. Ultimate = games + Xbox Live. It's all about that Ultimate upgrade!
