Yeah, some GameStop stores do host MTG (Magic The Gathering) tournaments! It can vary from store to store, though, depending on the space they have and the local community interest. Best bet is to check with your local GameStop or keep an eye on their social media pages for event announcements. They sometimes run small local tournaments or game nights focused on MTG!

Not all of them. It really depends on the location and if there's enough demand in the area. My local GameStop had a few pre-release events and casual play nights but nothing too competitive.

No way, GameStop's more about video games, not card games. You're better off checking out a local game store dedicated to card games if you're after serious MTG action.

Absolutely! I've been to a couple of MTG nights at my GameStop. It's a blast, especially for casual play and meeting other players. Not super competitive, but definitely fun.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
