Yup, hiding a game on your Steam library keeps it out of sight from the public and friends. Think of it as your secret game stash that only you know about. But remember, if you're playing the game, your friends might still see you're in-game through your profile status, so it's not completely invisible.

Hiding games on Steam is more about personal organization than secrecy. Your friends won't see the game in your library, but if you're actively playing, that game status is still up for display.

Nope, hiding a game doesn't make you invisible. Friends can still see you're playing it. It's like trying to hide a snack but still munching on it; people will know.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
