Yeah, in Honkai Star Rail, you can customize your main character, the Trailblazer! You get to choose gender and voice, but for outfits and deeper customization, you're kinda limited compared to some other games. It's more about the cool characters you collect through the game's gacha system.

Sure does, but it's pretty basic. Gender and voice options are there, but don't expect to spend hours tweaking eyebrows or anything. It's all about the adventure and the characters you meet along the way.
