Nope, Honkai Star Rail isn't natively available on Mac. BUT, don't lose hope yet! You can still play it using a Windows emulator or Boot Camp if your Mac has an Intel chip. It's a bit of a workaround, but where there's a will, there's a way!

Nah, it doesn't work directly on Mac. But honestly, just dual-boot Windows or use an emulator. Problem solved.

Unfortunately, Mac users are out of luck. Honkai Star Rail doesn't officially support macOS. I tried using a Windows emulator on my MacBook, and it worked pretty well, so that's your best bet!
