Nah, Hushsmush in GTA 5 is just part of the game's world building. It's one of those cheeky details Rockstar added for a laugh. You can't actually use it to date NPCs or anything. It's all for show!

Tried it for kicks, thought it'd be like a real dating app. Spoiler: it's not. Just a funny detail in the game, don't expect to swipe right on virtual love in GTA V.
