Oh yeah, it totally snows in GTA 5! But it's a special occurrence, mainly around the Christmas holidays. Los Santos gets a lovely blanket of snow, and you even get to chuck snowballs! It changes the whole vibe of the game for a bit, which is pretty cool.

Yup, experienced it firsthand! Driving through Los Santos with everything covered in snow feels like a totally different game. Just wish it would happen more often.
