Hot take here, but if you're using your kill spells on 1/1s, you might wanna rethink your strategy. Sure, it works, but is it worth it?

Trust me, using a 'kill' spell on a 1/1 can be totally worth it sometimes. Played a game where my opponent had a 1/1 that was about to unlock a massive combo. Dropping a kill spell on it felt like the biggest brain play of the century.

Yes, 'kill' effects in MTG absolutely work on 1/1 creatures! In the magical world of Magic The Gathering, any spell or ability that says it 'kills' a creature, 'destroys' a creature, or something similar will take out a 1/1 creature just as effectively as it would a 10/10 behemoth. It's all about what the card says鈥攊f it doesn't specify a size or type, that little 1/1 is as good as gone.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
