Shizune survives through the entire series. She has a few close calls, but ultimately she makes it out alive and kicking!
Nah, Lady Shizune doesn't die in Naruto Shippuden. She gets pretty close during Pain's attack on Konoha, but Tsunade's medical ninja skills save her.
In my experience, binge-watching the series multiple times, Lady Shizune has some intense moments, but she makes it through the end. Lucky us, right?
