Unfortunately, they're not compatible. The PS5 has its own VR system, PlayStation VR, which works with PS4 games too.

No, Meta Quest doesn't natively support the PS5. If you want VR with PlayStation, you should get the PlayStation VR instead!

TBH, you need PlayStation VR for PS5. Meta Quest isn't designed for it.
