Nope, Mr. Handy doesn't heal by itself over time. If Mr. Handy gets damaged while collecting resources or fending off threats, you gotta repair him using caps. There's no natural regeneration, so keep an eye on his health bar!

Actually, Mr. Handy can't heal on his own at all. Once he's damaged, the only way to get him back to full health is to shell out some caps. Nothing a little in-game currency can't fix!
Nah, Mr. Handy doesn't have a self-repair feature. Unfortunately, once he takes damage, you're gonna have to pay up caps to repair him. It's the only way to keep him buzzing around your vault.
