Does MTG Arena actually shuffle ever?
Tbh, it feels like it doesn't sometimes because of getting mana flooded or screwed, but yeah, it shuffles. RNG just be like that sometimes.

Absolutely, MTG Arena does shuffle your deck! The shuffling algorithm is digital, so it doesn't look or feel like physical shuffling, but it's actually more random. Since it's a computer doing the work, you can trust it's doing a thorough job every single game.
It definitely shuffles, but don't expect it to feel like your buddy shuffling your deck at kitchen table games. Digital random is a whole different beast.
