Yep, MTG Arena does include the Pioneer format but in a bit of a roundabout way. They've been adding sets under the Pioneer Masters and other supplemental sets to help players build Pioneer-viable decks. It's not the whole Pioneer pool, but they're working on it!

Nah, MTG Arena doesn't fully support Pioneer. It's all about that Historic format.

Pioneer? On Arena? Sorta. Arena's got a format called Historic that's pretty close. It's like Pioneer's little cousin. Not exactly the same, but it's where you can use a lot of Pioneer cards.

As a long-time MTG player, I've been following Arena's updates closely. While it's true they haven't fully implemented Pioneer, the addition of Historic Anthology sets and Pioneer Masters is a strong move towards it. These sets include key cards from the Pioneer format, making it partially playable.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
