Nope, MTG Arena does not use DCI numbers. DCI numbers were more for the paper Magic The Gathering events. In Arena, all you need is your Wizards account to play.

Quick answer: No. DCI numbers belong to the old-school MTG scene. Arena's all digital, all you need is an email.
