Short answer: Nope! The PS4 doesn't support backward compatibility for PS3 discs.

Unfortunately, you can't just pop in your MW2 PS3 disc into a PS4. You'll need to buy the digital version or look for a remastered edition.

As someone who tried it, I can confirm that MW2 for PS3 won't work on the PS4. You gotta get the PS4 version.
