Kinda! While the anime does follow the manga quite faithfully, it does insert some filler episodes and changes minor details occasionally.

I’ve read the manga and watched the anime, and rest assured, the anime stays true to the essence of the manga! Only thing, the anime sometimes adds a bit of filler or tweaks scenes slightly for pacing.
