Short answer: Nope, it doesn't. MTGO and MTG Arena are like apples and oranges—similar, but not the same thing.

Actually, I think it’s cool they’re separate. Gives you a reason to dive into both platforms and double the fun. I love hunting for cards in MTGO and then jumping into Arena for a more visually engaging play. Plus, the excitement of building two collections? Priceless.

Nah, your MTGO collection won't make the leap to MTG Arena, unfortunately. They're like two different realms in the vast universe of Magic The Gathering. MTGO (Magic The Gathering Online) is the elder statesman, boasting a more comprehensive collection of cards spanning the game's history. MTG Arena, on the other hand, is the sleek, new digital platform, focusing on the latest sets and a more dynamic presentation. Each platform has its own ecosystem and collection, so there's no direct transfer between the two.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
