From firsthand experience, Myth Unbound is a game changer in Commander games. Had a game where it saved me tons of mana over the course of the match since both my commanders were targeted heavily. Also, the extra card draw is nothing to sneeze at. It definitely applies to both commanders and I couldn't recommend it more!
Nah, it's not that big of a deal. Honestly, how often are both your commanders getting bounced back to the command zone in the same game? Myth Unbound is okay, but there are better enchantments out there.
