Nope, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy does not include Generations. It only has Storm 1, 2, 3 Full Burst, and Storm 4 Road to Boruto.

Nah, the Legacy collection has the main Storm games but leaves out Generations. You're better off buying it separately if you want it.
