NBA 2K20 introduced college teams in the MyCareer mode! You can play for one of the ten licensed college teams before heading to the NBA.

Nope, NBA 2K doesn't typically feature college teams outside of brief appearances in MyCareer mode.

Got to play as my alma mater in NBA 2K21鈥檚 MyCareer mode. Pretty sweet, but don鈥檛 get too excited鈥攊t's only for a few games.

Yeah, some recent versions like NBA 2K21 have included college teams, but they're mainly for story mode and not regular gameplay.
