Nope, Dervy laughs in the face of Nevermore! Just kidding, Nevermore definitely puts Dervy in a bind. If it gets named by Nevermore, it's basically game over for Dervy casting plans.

Absolutely, Nevermore does affect Dervy! When Nevermore enters the battlefield, you name a card. After that, the named card can't be cast. So, if you name Dervy, your opponent won't be able to cast Dervy for as long as Nevermore is on the battlefield. It's like telling Dervy to go sit in the timeout corner of the multiverse!
