Does Obliterate exile itself in MTG?
ComputingTopaz路7 months agoNope, Obliterate doesn't exile itself after casting. Instead, it just goes straight to the graveyard like most other spells after they're done doing their thing. Obliterate is especially mean cause it can't be countered and it destroys all artifacts, creatures, and lands, but not enchantments. Yet, after all that chaos, it calmly heads to the graveyard for a nap.

Actually, Obliterate doesn't exile itself. It's one of those old-school cards that does a whole lot of damage (well, destruction, really) and then just goes to the graveyard as part of the natural order of things in the world of MTG.
No, it does not. Obliterate finds its final resting place in the graveyard, not exile.
