Does the P-51 Overheat Easily in War Thunder?
PressingDesk路3 months agoYup, the P-51 can overheat if you push it too hard. Keep an eye on your engine temps and manage your throttle, especially during longer engagements or when climbing.

The P-51 does have a tendency to overheat, but it's all about managing your engine. Use WEP sparingly and remember to throttle down when cruising or in a dive.
I've flown the P-51 a lot, and yes, overheating is a thing. Make sure you climb at around 85% throttle, and during dogfights, try to regulate your speed to avoid redlining the temps. Practice makes perfect!
Not really. Just don't go full throttle all the time.
