Photosynthesis does the opposite鈥攊t takes in carbon dioxide and pumps out oxygen. So, no CO2 production here.

Absolutely not. Photosynthesis absorbs carbon dioxide and releases oxygen. I checked my houseplants, they're doing the same thing!
