Short answer: Yes for online multiplayer. No PlayStation Plus? No problem for single-player and local co-op.

Don't listen to everyone saying you absolutely need PS Plus for PvZ Garden Warfare 2. Sure, if you wanna go online and play with others, then yeah, you'll need it. But there's plenty to enjoy on your own or with someone on the same couch without needing that subscription.

Yep, if you wanna dive into the multiplayer aspect of Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 on your PlayStation, you'll need an active PlayStation Plus subscription. Solo play and local co-op modes are accessible without it, but for the full zombie-blasting experience online, PS Plus is a must.

If you're a Plants vs Zombies player looking for extra money or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Plants vs Zombies essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
