Nope, PlayStation Plus doesn't have the original Dragon Ball Z. They do have some DBZ games available for purchase, though.

From my experience, PS Plus doesn't offer the original Dragon Ball Z series. However, the PlayStation Store has various DBZ games and titles. Happy gaming!
